Furthermore to that Nolan guy above. Really? What company in their right mind would use an errand boy office clerk to represent their company as the FUCKING CEO or director of anything for that matter. That is such a joke, probably trying to cover up his association because hes trying to use the money he plundered to actually set up a legit operation now.

Oh wait I was just interuptted, the cleaning lady here was asking me some questions because I need her to represent me in my position with a client. I hope they understand spanish. Such a joke.

That is solid gold. To people having problems cancelling things, Cancel your credit card tell em it was lost stolen a fraudulent service got your cc number whatever and have them issue you a new one (it will have a new number), if they charged you already worry about getting rid of the charges after you are sure they cant charge you any further. I ordered that white smile whatever, the trial period was about to expire and I hadnt even recieved it yet, so i called to cancel couldnt get ahold of them forever, when i did, i got put on hold then cut off. Realizing what it was at that point, I didnt like the idea of these characters having my CC number regardless of if I was charged and still got my money back. Immidiately called my CC company said i lost my card. They issued me a new one. The funny thing is, i guess I scammed them! the trial arrived 3 days later and they didnt have a valid CC to charge!

That should tell you how legit they are, they had my phone #/email, any reputable company, would have called and inquired about the invlaid card. So I was out the shipping cost of the trial, which I eventually got. thats it.

Information found to help you resolve your issues with obtaining refund from SwipeAuctions for membership:

SwipeAuctions Reviews: Man behind it. Refund advice

Quote from pennyauctionviewe
From Canada
“From my understanding with Service Alberta, if the server is based in Alberta, the laws of Alberta apply. If this is still true, type in Fair Trading Act and Internet and Service Alberta. Look for “Internet Sales Contract Regulation.” Look under 6(1) of the Fair Trading Act. You have 7 days to cancel with exceptions. You also have up to 30 days under certain conditions (See Section 2 of the Fair Trading Act) Look under 8 (3) and you will see you can cancel by email. Under 10 (1) of the Fair Trading Act, the merchant has 15 days to refund money as long as no goods or services were received on your end.
One good thing to know is under Section 4(1) of the Fair Trading Act, a contract or agreement is void if your contract does not have an address on it. Check your email copy sent by swipeauctions.com to see if their address is on there. It needs to be an Alberta Address that is true and accurate. If it is not there, any agreements are VOID. Please see the Fair Trading Act for details and confirmation."

This Terms of Use Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Alberta, Canada and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada (without regard to conflict of law principles).

swipeauctions.com
My computer was acting up, so I was looking for an online site
for reduced priced computers.
I clicked on a google advertisement--that is how I found them.
Swipe auctions are for points to their auctions.
There is no legit merchandise-it is a scam.
No where in the registration did it state they were going to charge me $159.00 for the a
membership to the auction site.
This was at the bottom of the confirmation email
CIRCLE MEDIA BIDS LIMITED
72 HIGH... STREET
HASLEMERE
SURREY
GU27 2LA
I contacted them-via live chat 2 minutes after I realized they were going to take money from our
acct. I immediately called my bank and canceled my debit card. They/swipeauction sent me a pdf
file to fill out and send back which has an Aurora Colorado address
http://www.swipeauctions.com/refund_form.pdf
I am to send it to them then it states on there to call them 2 weeks after I send it to verify I sent it and they will send refund. Well obviously by all the complaints this is not going to happen.
After all the bad reviews I have seen EVERYWHERE on the internet--I can see already I am out the $$ my mission today is to make sure everyone knows of this scam.

I'm getting increasingly more emails each day from Red Mountain Media, 1524 West Kodiak Creek Ct., South Jordan, UT 84095.
Each spam I get from this company I unsubscribe but it doesn't do any good. The spam just keeps coming.

Is there anything that can be done to stop these spammers?

Sorry I don't have a website. It seems to me that the operator(s) of the website swipeauction.com are operating fraudulantly They do not fully disclose their intent and blatantly misrepresent their service if that's what it's called.
In my view this is an attempt at credit card fraud and should be stopped.
Fortunately I was able to detect the scam as it was evolving the only thing they could not acquire was my physical signature as then they would have had the full set of details and been able to bleed my a/c dry.
The principle behind this fraud is apparently well known to the regulatory authorities and is still walking the streets.
Further illustration that Truth and justice are notional entities at best and that Justice is purely the domain of the wealthy.
However people power can work, what abot a penny auction or contribution to see who gets the honour of pulling the trigger and the cost of the hit can be bourne by all the unsuccessful bidders.
Why are scum like this allowed to keep breathing,he's not a banker or a lawyer so that really should mean then end of his oxygen supply.

Amy, the only way to stop a spammer is to find out his real name, go to his house, and shoot him in the face with a full load of buckshot from a 12-gauge shotgun. Nothing else has ever been successful.

Sanford Wallace has been spamming on-and-off for well over a decade, for example. He's been sued, threatened, convicted of criminal and civil violations, and continues to spam whenever the urge takes him.

Spammers are like venerwal diseases, only not as socially-acceptable; as long as there is one left alive, they will continue to make Internet users' lives miserable, and scam people looking to buy cheap "advertising."
