There is an excellent article that just came out about a similar scam operation which was just being looked at by the Attorney General and FTC. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/07/28/eveningnews/main5193515.shtml
Here is another article where Arizona Attorney General fined a similar internet marketer with the same business model and trade practices on Consumerist. http://consumerist.com/5302729/acai-berry-drink-company-agrees-to-give-350k-back-to-bilked-customers
So if you have had similar experience and been victim of these deceptive practices please make sure to lodge your complaints with appropriate authorities, such as FTC and Attorney General in your state and the state where you are asked to ship your product or the state provided as a US location for the company who scammed you.

Update 8-14-2009
===========
Jesse Willms employs attorneys to threaten consumer watchdog site in order to intimidate into removal the consumer warnings.
We have just received this threatening letter which appears to be from a lawfirm Hughes & Bentzen, PLLC signed by James A. Kaminski claiming to represent Jesse Willms. We are not sure of the authenticity of this letter, frankly we doubt that a consumer advocate would represent a company with that many consumer complaints…. but we can assume the communication was intiated by Mr. Jesse Willms, one way or another, since it attempts to persuade us to remove the consumer warnings from our site. This letter states:
This Firm represents Jesse Willms, the subject of the page posted on your website with the following URL ….
Mr. Willms has invested a considerable resources in maintaining a reputation for providing goods and services online with excellent customer service and care.
As such, the disparaging material on your web page is, at the very least, misleading. We therefore request that you remove that material from your website within ten (10) business days.
Please be advised that Mr. Willms retains all rights that he may have to proceed in this matter. This letter does not represent a waiver of any of those rights or an admission of any kind.
—
The PDF version of this threatening letter can be found by clicking on the image.
—
From this letter:
the disparaging material on your web page is, at the very least, misleading
It is quite vague, though. Mr. Willms did not specify which section of our page was misleading.
Did he mean the section about Microsoft suing him for selling unlicensed software and having to have pay Microsoft a million dollars? We believe the sources for this citation on our page here are reliable: http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2007/05/16/tech-symanteclawsuit-20070516.html
We have further verified the claim and perhaps most complete information can be found (including but not limited to) on Better Business Bureau listing specific jurisdictions, and details on several lawsuits:

Or is Mr. Willms suggesting that the links to hundreds and hundreds of consumer complaints
DazzleWhite Scam a whole website dedicated to scam warnings about this company’s misleading marketing, consumer complaints posted daily.
Consumers in turn find themselves being victims of charges to their credit cards which they do not seem to be able to cancel or reverse in spite of the sites claiming that consumers can cancel and obtain full refunds. We can quote hundreds of these complaints and would be happy to document those from independent sources all around the web. Just do a Google search on “Jesse Wilms” Scam or “Just Think Media” Scam, “JDW Media” Scam.
Multitude of articles warn customers against Just Think Media Dubious Marketing Empire , as described in this recent article in Consumerist
Or does the Better Business Bureau also provide “the disparaging material” like our site, “at the very least, misleading”
From BBB.org website: http://www.bbb.org/edmonton/business-reviews/internet-shopping-services/dazzle-white-in-sherwood-park-ab-153474
At this time the BBB has received a large number of complaints on this company.
Most complaints are regarding consumer order of a free trial sample of the product.
In most cases, the free sample is never received and the consumer are charged $58.76 for monthly membership and monthly auto shipments which they did not realize they were signing up to.As well consumers seem unaware that they are also signing up to an Insider Secrets Tips package and the Comprehensive Weight Loss eBook package for just $3.24 and $7.14 a month when signing up to the free trial process

http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Comprehensive-Weight-Loss-100076407
We urge caution before agreeing to trial offers or giving your credit card number to unfamiliar companies with unfamiliar products. Although this company’s offer is advertised as free, the charge imposed for shipping and handling of the product, ($6.95) actually makes the offer NOT free. Once your credit card number has been provided to cover shipping and handling, it will remain on file with the seller for shipping and billing purposes. If you forget to cancel, or for any reason fail to do so, your card number is readily available to bill for your first shipment of product.Although the company’s website make cancellation procedures appear fast and easy, in reality customers report that cancellation requests are ignored, calls are not returned, credit cards continue to be charged, and unwanted product shipments continue to arrive.
http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Acaiburncom-100077835
Complainants allege misleading advertising, unauthorized credit card charges, receipt of unwanted merchandise, and difficulty implementing cancellation procedures. Some complainants allege that they agreed to a trial offer only, and was not aware they were enrolled in a continuity program. Customers complain after repeated attempts to cancel, shipments are stopped, but the company continues billing them monthly. In some cases complainants allege that the company sold their information and credit card number to another affiliates who also charged their credit cards for products or services. The company responds to most complaints by agreeing to refunds for returned bottles, or canceling shipments. Many complaints are unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or their response was inadequate. Some complainants dispute that credits or refunds are actually received
Or did Mr. Jesse Willms object to us warning the consumers about those hundreds of email SPAM messages our clients receive and we currently archive with full headers, advertising his products using snow shoe spam techniques? Quadrant Media SPAM (also located in Canada) consumer complaints about ACAIBURN, Google Success Kit, PURE CLENSE unauthorized debits to their credit cards and inability to unsubscribe from their SPAM. We will be happy to present hundreds of spam messages advertising Just Think Media products to any Judge and news media covering the case. Last time we checked, the CAN SPAM act provides pretty harsh penalties for each individual spam message. As an ISP located in Florida, working on behalf of numerous Florida businesses who receive unwanted SPAM through our servers, we archive thousands of SPAM messages. The Florida Attorney General provides a clear cut info on pursuing spammers under the Florida Law: http://myfloridalegal.com/pages.nsf/Main/CB94AA46D5A0974985256EBB006D2E21?OpenDocument

Small Sample of Just Think Media Products promoted by illegal SPAM
It appears that Mr. Jesse Willms might be shifting his operations to Cyprus and or deploying Spam operations out of Cyprus locations. Most of the spam received by our corporate clients ( including but not limited to corporate offices of hotels in Florida, county government officials and other commercial clients) selling Just Think Media Products is identified by a company located in Cyprus. Canada was not far enough, nor is Cyprus, when it comes to tracking a spam.

Just Think Media is again responding to the complaint where customer details how they have been scammed by the company.
We can match an incredible amount of Spam messages advertising Just Think Media products to a Cyprus origin as well as other origins. Just Think Media hires hard core affiliate spammers to promote their products.
Mass Spammers know it is illegal to SPAM so they hide behind multiple locations, multiple domains, multiple identities. That is why they are called show shoe spammers. The above linked articles warn consumers against companies who sell “snake oil” miracle cures under the pretense of deceptive trial offers with aid of self fabricated blogs and false self-manufactured testimonies.
The company has a wide range of the productd, for the purpose of keeping this publication short, let’s just take a look on a tiny percentage of their domains focused on ACAI Berry and Dazzle White products (these may be owned by them or by the sales agencies they hired to promote their product):

Fake News Sites & Fake Consumer report sites :this is also a known marketing technique, the scammers create domain names similar to known magazines, news stations and media and post advertisements of their products on such a website in order to mislead customer into thinking the product is endorsed by a reputable website.

I worked for JustThink Media for a short while but simply as an office hand. I did not know the level of complaints or what their marketing tactics were. I’ve since left and haven’t had any association for months now. Please remove any reference to me immediately, or I will take legal action for slander.
Holly Koehler (Calgary, AB) – I’ve blocked you on Facebook and sent a report to the administrators for violations of terms of use for attacks of an individual. Please do not contact me further.
Dear Nolan, per your request we have removed a reference to you working at Just Think Media… frankly I do not blame you for wanting to keep the fact that you have worked for this spam outfit hidden from the public.
Nolan – if you “worked for JustThink Media for a short while but simply as an office hand” then why are you listed on Linkedin as :
Head of Marketing/Relations
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/nolan-paquette/9/148/258
And on http://accounting.dbusinessnews.com/shownews.php?newsid=180911&type_news=past
as the CEO!
When traveling to various conferences I would represent the company as something more substantial than I was in order to create a better rapport with CEO’s of other companies. Again, just an office hand. My main task was making sure the printer had ink. And that the employees’ chairs were of an appropriate height as to avoid any kind of chronic carpal tunnel syndrome from slowing their productivity. Mark A. can back that up.
Thanks,
Nolan
I am trying to locate a site so I can make an order of Dazzle White, Not the Sample as I already got the sample.
Please if nanyone can help please let me know.
Thanks
Bridgette
Here in NZ a consumer watchdog show has done a profile on this company, watch the video here http://tvnz.co.nz/fair-go/whiter-than-white-2889431/video
admin note: if your video does not load, here is a text version of the Article http://tvnz.co.nz/fair-go/whiter-than-white-2889431
For someone that just makes sure there is ink in the printer, does a pretty good at ordering the product as well. You also state on here you’re a “North American Direct Sales Marketer” so someone that just says they are an office hand had a few more responsibilities than they are willing to let on.

Great picture of you there Nolan, displaying your offce hand skills with the man himself jesse on th far right!
The website dazzlewhitenow.com is no longer working but they have set up a new website and renamed the product Dazzle Smile Pro. That website gives an address in Cyprus.
Farend Services Limited
3 Athinodorou Street, 2025 Dasoupoli,
Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus
dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php
They are also using the same name ( Farend Services Ltd ) with a US address of PO Box 10276 Des Moines, Iowa 50381 United States for various websites/products:
http://www.google.com/search?q=Farend+Services+Ltd.+PO+Box+10276+Des+Moines%2C+Iowa+50381+United+States&ie=
People are also reporting unauthorised charges under the following names:
DazzleSmile, Dazzle Smile Pro, Pristine Health, White Smile, Well B Health, Elite Pack, World Club Fitness, Weight Loss Resources, VHAccess, VH Access, Beauty Pack, Weight Loss Research, elitepack, ezykit, weightlossebookmembership and worldclubfitness.
Just Think Media d/b/a Dazzlewhite Dazzle Smile etc are still listed in two of the top 10 ‘worst rating’ positions on complaintsboard.com with hundreds of consumer complaints.
Anyone who has been caught out by Dazzlewhite or any of the other Just Think Media products (scams) listed above should file a complaint with the FTC (online, by phone or by mail) as the more complaints they receive the more likely they are to investigate and prosecute:
http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm
You can also contact the Attorney General’s of your own state and of Iowa, as suggested above.
http://www.naag.org/attorneys_general.php

Mark A’s comment is completely untrue. I ordered the “free” Dazzle Smile (formerly Dazzle White) trial and the only terms and conditions are listed under a tiny link at the bottom of the FIRST page – NOT the subsequent page where you actually enter your name and address.
What is also not listed ANYWHERE on those first pages is that by ordering this trial, you are also signed up, without your knowledge or consent, to other subscription services. (One is mentioned in the almost illegible small white print on the page where you enter your CC number, but I ended up with at least two additional subscriptions.) Fortunately I found out (by reading complaints boards) and canceled them before charges were made. Of course, since I don’t know what I was signed up for, I have no way of knowing if I canceled them all.
What a scam.
So much Mark A for your offer of trying to help. I tried sending an email to the support@dazzlewhite.com and it failed. Another scam again on the part of your company. In the present climate I cannot believe that there are still people who try and fleece people who have very little money. All I can say “what goes around comes around”.
Hello,
I am from the same city where Just Think Media is located and I can personally guarantee all of you that Nolan Paquette was involved with the marketing company and that he did in fact know what the “marketing tactics” of the company were. He played a key role in the marketing of this company actually. Mark A, is a peon in this company, so don’t file any complaints about him. If you guys would like to personally contact Jesse Willms, his cell phone number is 780-498-1624. He just bought a 4 million dollar house, so I am sure he would love to hear from you all.

Mr. Wilmms will be getting a lawsuit from my company, WhiteSmileUSA. We receive 20 complaints a day about his Dazzle White product. Problem is, Dazzle White charges conveniently list on a credit card statement as “White Smile”. Even though my company is White Smile USA, these poor souls that have been scammed call us demanding a refund. As a reputable company, we address each and every customer at a significant cost to our customer service department. This guy should be arrested.

Thanks! I almost clicked through on joegetsripped.com. I almost got ripped…off.
To whom it may concern, I have cancelled my orders with the company that handles Aci Burn by ringing numbers in USA. I am from New Zealand. I had previously ordered some products (Aci Burn)on my creidt card earlier via internet for the trial but didn’t want to use them anymore or purchase any more product of Aci Burn. After contacting the appropriate people to cancel the orders I checked my credit account and money is STILL being deducted from my credit card!!! Is this a scam or what?! Mark A. if you are reading this message I want you to email or contact me on: jason.king@aut.ac.nz or +6421921449. I woud like to stop the withdrawls from my credit card account.

This is a total BS company and I got caught tonight on their Premium White Pro (teeth whitening trial)
I never noticed the Terms and Conditions tab nor was I aware of any agreement box. I thought I had agreed to a trial paying $1.95 shipping and handling but charged $13.21 on my Credit card and presumably will be charged $87.60 for one months supply.
Canceled my ‘membership immediately’..WTF! and live chat directed me to the outrageous Terms and Conditions.
Jesse Willms better run and hide…..
WOW, I hardly ever let my office hand make 100,000 unit deals! Thats a retail price of $7,995,000!!!!! Are you sure your nothing more than a “office hand? I can imagine the conversations at the coffee maker….. hey Nolan, printer number 3 is jammed again, can you fix it. oh yeah, can you make an 8 million dollar deal too? thanks. no prob boss. hey Jesse, are we using ethical marketing practices? I don’t have 3 minutes to check our ads.
Nolan Paquette is also listed on Linkedin.com as CO-FOUNDER AT JUST THINK MEDIA. If your gonna misrepresent yourself as a “co-founder”, “head of marketing/relations” or make massive orders for a company, you may want to research they’re misleading, unethical sales methods. you could have googled it in about 3 seconds. this is your career, not a free sample.

These people are thieves, they stole from my bank account with out authorization I want my $48.92 back. I have never even received any of their products!
I think Mark A is usless to be honest. I spoke to him via live chat and he told me he was not authorised to give me the address details for returning the ‘free trial’. When calling I have had ‘customer support’ hang up on me and even say they could not find me in the system!. It takes time to actually get hold of someone. When I did, the lady tried to persude me that in order to find me I had to give them my 16 didgit card number!
So Mark, it seems you guys cannot make your mind up about just how long the money back garuentee is? is it 14 days? 60 days or 30 days?

It seems the 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is bull as shown in the chat below I had with Dazzle White.
Have a read! it seems they are no longer Dazzle White and are not owned by Just Think Media but by Farend Services Limited. The person I was talking to, Kim ended my chat session before I could finish. I think they have also blocked my IP as the chat no longer works.
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with ‘Kim’
Kim: Hello and welcome to PremiumWhite. I’ll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?
you: Hello Kim, my name is Jeff
you: hello?
you: Is anyone there?
Kim: Hi, are you here to place an order?
you: I’m thinking about it but I was reading on the internet about a similar product by a company called Dazzle White (or somthing like that). Is this the same thing?
Kim: Yes, PremiumWhite and Dazzle White are same.
you: oh so you guys are Dazzle White (just a diffrent name?)
Kim: Yes, you are right.
you: oh I see. And is it owned by Just Think Media?
you: (Jesse Willms)
Kim: No, it is owned by Farend Services Limited.
you: Oh I see… so you are not affiliated with Dazzlewhite.com? or more specifically, is dazzlewhite.com also owned by Farend Services Limited?
Kim: Dazzle white used to be our old name. We are Premium White.
Kim: The product is brought to you by Farend Services Limited
you: What job title does Mark A in support have? he has posted on a website information contrary to your terms and conditions. He has stated that we can return products within 60 days for a full refund. Is this true?
Kim: He is our manager
you: I see. And who is ultifreshwell and how are they affiliated with you guys?
Kim: We issue our charges by this name “ultifreshwell”
you: Do you issue charges under any other names?
Kim: Yes, the charge name differs as per the merchant we use to issue the charge.
you: That’s interesting. Are you able to provide a list of these merchant names? so customers can keep track of who is billing them?
Kim: Sorry, we are not authorize to do so.
you: Mark A posted on a website information contrary to your terms and conditions. He has stated that we can return products within 60 days for a full refund. Is this true?
Kim: Though you can confirm with us any charge that get issued to you at anytime.
Kim: We use to offer 60 days money back guarantee but it has been changed to 30 days now.
you: Thats good to know. Is the procudure to cancel memberships the same for each one? for example, if someone calls to cancel membership for being a PremiumWhite Celebrity Member, does that also cancel membership to World Club Fitness?
Kim: No, you need to cancel all your subscription by calling our toll free numbers. Though World Club Fitness is an optional offer.
you: please can you advised me of the numbers to call for membership?
you: (membership cancelation)
Kim: The number to call is 866-528-6214. They are available 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they are open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). They are closed on Sundays.
you: Oh great, and that is for any of the memberships a person might be signed up for?
Kim: This is only for PremiumWhite membership.
you: So what is the number to cancel the World Club Fitness membership?
Kim: Please call 866-407-3685 to cancel your World Club Fitness.
you: THanks
you: How do we tell what memberships we are signed up for? Can I ask at any time and get a list? so I know what to cancel.
Kim: I hope I was of assistance to you. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
you: Yes, How do we tell what memberships we are signed up for? Can I ask at any time and get a list? so I know what to cancel.
Kim: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?
you: I am just asking questions before I make any purchases so I understand the full implications of my actions
you: So, if I got a trial, how do I tell what memberships I get signed up for? Can I ask at any time and get a list? so I know what to cancel If I want to?
you: can you give me a list of all the memberships you sign people up for?
Kim: You can get all the details on our website.
you: Great! what section of the website is that listed under?
you: does is details all the memberships you might sign people up for?
Kim: You can look into the terms and condition section.
Kim: http://www.premiumwhitepro.com/terms-and-conditions.php
you: Ok I will check that. The numbers I might have to call to cancel things, are any of them premium rate numbers? or are they all charged normal/local rates?
Kim: Above mentioned numbers are toll free.
you: You mentioned that I can confirm with you any charge that gets issued to me at anytime. If you are refusing to provide a list of the merchant names you use so people can verify charges on their statements, does that mean people have to continually contact you and provide you with their statement information before you will confirm if the charges came from you?
Kim: If you receive any unauthorized charge, you can contact us for a confirmation.
Chat session has ended.
I would just like to thank you for providing this informaiton to the public. I was recently scanned by the company Premium White. I appreciate you taking the time to spread the word about these scam artists!
i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators…they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script…dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you.
I Truly got scammed by Dazzle White! They were just impossible to work with regarding cancelling any future shipment and they were unwilling to refund the money they have already charged to my CC account. I am reporting them to the GA BBB and State Attorney General’s office. I also fault Bank of America for accepting any charges from a company that is known to be fraudulent in every dealing with the public. The fraud alert department at B of A called me when the first fraudulent charge appeared, and now I am having to spend hours getting them to prevent any other charges from appearing. B of A Visa should not even accept the business from this company or any of its product line.
To Nolan: Your linked in profile should read “Unemployable by the honest”
anyone know of a contact, number for this lot and how to stop them, watchdog, BBB, FBI etc etc dont seem to be doing a thing to solve it or get the return of monies and put EVERYONE who has had dealings in the past (nolan, debateable!!) or future (mark)(jesse) where they belong in jail and should be made to pay back ALL monies scammed to date!!
Do thee people have no shame!!!

I think you can add resveratrol to that list of scams. I made what I thought was a one off order. I have been billed debited varying amounts between 60 and 100 dollars regularly. I am on a disability pension and this has left me under extremely stressful financial hardship. My bank is in process of blocking any further payouts but I have already been robbed. No invoice has ever been supplied and no contact numbers. The last envelope has a return address as Just Think Media PO Box 4440 Milperra BC NSW 1891
I got my cancellation number from below, cover your back!, screen record it and send your stuff back recorded delivery.

Beware: Slick Web Sites Use Trick Photography
‘20/20′ Investigates: Before-and-After Weight Loss Photos Too Good to Be True
http://abcnews.go.com/2020/beware-trick-photography-staple-online-ads/story?id=9215461&page=3
Photoshop adjustments and other misleading tactics can go too far — particularly in the diet business. Brook Barth learned that lesson after she lost 65 pounds — but it wasn’t thanks to some miracle diet.
“They are lying. It’s false advertisement, and it’s sad that people are getting sucked into it,” she told “20/20.” Barth did it the hard way — eight grueling months of intense exercise and calorie counting. “It was a lot of hard work,” she said. “I had to completely change my lifestyle.”
To inspire others with her success, Barth posted her story and impressive before-and-after photos on her own blog site. Somehow they ended up on boxes of a product she had never heard of, let alone used, called Wu-Yi Diet Tea.
“My grandmother’s friend calls my grandma, and she was like, ‘Hey, did you know your granddaughter is on this tea box?’ And she was like, ‘No, that’s not how she lost the weight.’ What the heck?” Barth recalled.
Barth complained to Wu-Yi. She told “20/20″ that the compnay had offered to pay her $1,000 for the rights to the photos they had already used. In need of cash, she signed the deal. After that her pictures started appearing on all kinds of diet ads online. She did a Google search for her name and came up with 1,320 results.
